We offer several different Subscription Plans for Our Services. The applicable Subscription Term Plan depends on Your choice. Your Subscription Plan is selected during Your Account registration. Information about Our standard plans can be found on our pricing page. All fees quoted on our site are exclusive of VAT or any other taxes that may be applicable in Your jurisdiction.
Unless you cancel your ReferralHero account before the end of the conclusion of your current subscription term (or any subsequent Renewal Term), you will be enrolled into an automatic renewing cycle for the same term at the conclusion of the subscription term. This applies to all subscription plans involving payment, and works the same for monthly, bi-annual, and annual renewals.
You can cancel your subscription within your ReferralHero admin panel or by sending an email to support@referralhero.com stating you want to cancel your plan/subscription. The email must come from the registered ReferralHero account owner. You must cancel your subscription at any time before it renews for a subsequent billing cycle in order to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle’s subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
If 3 or less calendar days have passed from the date of your purchase, you have the right to request a refund. ReferralHero reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, credits or other consideration in selected circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. In any case you can submit a refund request by emailing us on: support@referralhero.com by providing the reason for such a request. The email must come from the registered ReferralHero account owner.
If 3 or more calendar days have passed from the date of your purchase, any fees paid by you are non-refundable. We will never make partial refunds in case you have not used all of our Services or for the entire period that was paid for, or for any other reason whatsoever. In case you have performed a credit card chargeback or otherwise reversed a payment to us, we may immediately restrict or terminate your account. All charges remain non-refundable. We will never make refunds for partially used Services. We do not provide credit refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the plan’s billing cycle.
1. Commission Structure
a. A commission of 20% will be awarded on a monthly basis, calculated on the subscription plan selected by the referred customer.
b. The maximum commission payable per referral is capped at $700 or for a duration of 12 months, whichever comes first.
2. Eligibility Criteria
a. To qualify for a commission, the referred customer must be an active and paying ReferralHero subscriber.
3. Exclusions and Referral Restrictions
a. Commission payments do not encompass additional charges such as extra subscriber fees, overage fees, or consulting fees incurred by the referred customer.
b. Referral partners are prohibited from referring themselves or the company or organization they represent as eligible referrals. Referrals must be external parties who are not directly affiliated with the referring partner.
4. Payment Schedule
a. Commission payments will be disbursed during the initial week of every month via PayPal to the email associated with your ReferralHero account.
5. Termination and Amendment
a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the commission program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
ReferralHero will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

Without prejudice to ReferralHero’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, ReferralHero may take such action as ReferralHero deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
ReferralHero may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. ReferralHero may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with ReferralHero’s rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
